Cake Flavours
At No. 82 Cake Studio we believe that your cake should taste as good as it looks. All of our cakes are made from scratch using delicious ingredients including quality vanilla, free range eggs, English butter, fresh zests and preserves.
All of our iced cakes are coated in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache and the finest sugarpaste. Please note No. 82 Cake Studio do not produce vegan, dairy free or naked wedding cakes.
- Vanilla bean cake filled with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry preserve layers, encased in white chocolate ganache.
- Lemon zest cake, laced with fresh lemon syrup filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd layers, encased in white chocolate ganache.
- Toffee and maple cake filled with salted caramel and vanilla buttercream layers, encased in white chocolate ganache.
- Chocolate midnight cake filled with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream layers, encased in dark chocolate ganache.
- Carrot and orange zest, a lightly spiced cake filled with vanilla bean buttercream layers, encased in white chocolate ganache.
- Coffee and walnut cake, espresso glaze and filled with espresso buttercream layers, encased in white chocolate ganache.
- Banoffee and maple cake filled with salted caramel and vanilla buttercream layers, encased in white chocolate ganache layer.
- Rich Brandy soaked fruit cake, covered with a layer of white marzipan (not suitable for deep tier cakes).
